徐靖玟將推出首張專輯《聽某某誰說》，專輯同名主打歌唱出走出歷經失戀風暴後灑脫又帶著不甘、暗自與前任較勁的一面，MV則邀請曾獲金馬獎肯定的張睿家跨刀演出。
其實徐靖玟的專輯原訂2021年發行，卻遇上疫情發片計畫因此延宕，她坦言起初內心承受莫大的壓力，且一度迷茫失去方向，「期間不斷有單曲釋出，會擔心市場的反饋是否熱烈？我自己是否唱得不夠好？缺乏自信而持續在心中累積各種焦慮。」後來經過反思、沈澱及自我檢視後，才把心態調整到最佳狀態，並使得專輯裡的歌曲發展出更多可能性，她接著正向地打趣說：「那段時間的心理狀態其實在表演上幫了我很多，之前拍攝MV中的哭戲時，有一部分就是想到那些壓力大哭出來的。」
新歌MV與張睿家合作，徐靖玟透露自己相當喜愛《盛夏光年》，對張睿家在電影裡內斂迷人的角色更是印象深刻，原本怕生的她，發現和對方都是貓奴，因此話題大開，分享彼此的貓咪照片，使得工作氣氛輕鬆不少。由於上次和姚淳耀合作過，她開心地說：「可以跟這些優秀演員合作，真的好幸運。」被同事虧說是「實力派男神收割機」，她則順勢許願希望繼續「收割」下去，期待未來有機會和陳昊森、曾敬驊合作。
談起在MV中飾演駐唱歌手，徐靖玟笑說：「大學時期曾經在半戶外型的餐廳駐唱過1年，當時在片場坐上高腳椅、握著麥克風時就有種『啊！自在多了』的感覺。」而平時給人溫和冷靜形象的她，在MV中卻要演出撕餐巾、灌酒的盛怒戲碼，如此的反差讓她NG了數十次，甚至拍到忍不住對自己生氣。
對此，她坦承生活中鮮少對旁人展現強烈情緒，「通常是和另一半吵架才會有多一些的起伏，有次冷戰持續了3天後，我受不了終於爆發，就把內心憋住的全都吼出來，吼完再衝出房間外冷靜。」連自己都被當時的反應嚇到。
